What You’ll Do
- Lead the full design process: conceptualization, wireframing, storyboarding, and layout design for mobile and desktop
- Apply modern branding styles and design trends to create visually powerful digital products
- Translate research and insights into disruptive websites and workflows that meet user needs
- Communicate design purpose and strategy to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to support new opportunities
- Evangelize user-centered design practices while balancing client objectives
- Confidently accept critique, iterate based on feedback, and deliver polished, pixel-perfect results
- Organize and manage design files with precision and clarity
- Partner with leadership and development teams to ensure successful execution
What You Need
- 5+ years of professional website design experience
- Proficiency with Figma; Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Sketch are a plus
- Portfolio showcasing elegant, effective web design projects
- Experience with motion design and prototyping preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail
