What You’ll Do
- Lead the full design process: concept creation, wireframing, prototyping, and layout design
- Apply modern branding and design trends to create compelling digital products
- Translate user research and insights into workflows and detailed interactions
- Collaborate with developers and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, interactive solutions
- Evangelize user-centered design and communicate design rationale to teams and clients
What You Need
- 5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with Photoshop, Adobe XD, or Sketch a plus
- Motion design and prototyping experience preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
- Ability to present and iterate designs confidently in collaboration with clients and teams
