Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process, including conceptualization, wireframing, storyboarding, and final layouts for web and mobile.
- Apply modern branding styles and design trends to deliver visually compelling digital products.
- Conduct user research to uncover needs and design workflows, interactions, and strategies that align with insights.
- Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional, interactive digital experiences.
- Communicate design purpose and strategy effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Evangelize user-centered design practices and contribute to sales pursuits with design expertise.
- Work on diverse projects across industries, from SMB to enterprise clients.
- Maintain organized design files, layers, and folders with attention to detail.
- Apply feedback constructively to iterate and deliver polished end products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of website design experience.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Skills in Photoshop, Adobe XD, or Sketch are a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing elegant, impactful web design projects.
- Experience with motion design and prototyping a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
