What You’ll Do
- Lead the entire design process, from concept and wireframes to polished layouts for web and mobile
- Apply modern design trends and branding to create visually compelling websites
- Translate research and user insights into innovative workflows and detailed interactions
- Present and explain design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients
- Deliver pixel-perfect, interactive digital products for clients across industries
- Collaborate with developers, strategy teams, and leadership to execute projects at the highest level
- Embrace feedback and iterate to achieve polished, client-ready outcomes
What You Need
- 5+ years of website design experience
- Proficiency in Figma; Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Sketch a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing elegant web design projects
- Experience with prototyping; motion design skills are a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
