What You’ll Do
- Create intuitive UI/UX designs for digital tax preparation products
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and tax experts to deliver clean, effective interfaces
- Ensure designs balance functionality, ease of use, and accessibility
- Champion user experience across all digital touchpoints
- Test and refine designs based on user feedback and research
What You Need
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of digital products
- Expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for creating user-first products that solve complex processes
