What You’ll Do
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile apps in partnership with product managers and developers
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts clearly
• Conduct user research and usability testing, then translate insights into better design decisions
• Simplify complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Stay current on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• 4–7 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and/or InVision
• Strong grasp of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Solid user-centered design process experience (research, testing, iteration)
• Comfort working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
