• Works within Agile teams alongside Product and Engineering
What You’ll Do
• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and deliver user centered UI/UX solutions
• Design interfaces for web and mobile applications from concept through final mockups
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs to communicate ideas clearly
• Conduct user research and usability testing, then turn feedback into smarter design iterations
• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate, feasible implementation of designs
• Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices
What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Solid grasp of user centered design methods and usability testing practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
