What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research to understand behaviors and translate insights into design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma and other design tools
- Develop clear information architecture and smooth user flows
- Produce visually consistent designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate and refine concepts
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to bring designs to life
- Maintain design documentation and contribute to the growing design system
- Stay current on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and timelines
What You Bring
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and visual craft
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, or equivalent tools
- Understanding of responsive, mobile-first design principles
- Familiarity with UCD, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility practices
- Ability to iterate rapidly, synthesize feedback, and communicate design intent clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field

- Computer: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM minimum
