What You’ll Do
- Own, maintain, and scale the design system supporting the marketing website
- Take end-to-end ownership of the marketing website’s design, aligning with brand and business goals
- Conduct user research and testing to optimize for performance and key metrics
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Lead design workshops, reviews, and cross-team collaboration
- Mentor junior designers with feedback and guidance
What You Need
- Proven experience in UI design for SaaS websites and scalable design systems
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong visual design portfolio with user-centric design principles
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in teams
