The role
We are looking for an experienced UI-focused Product Designer to take ownership of the design of our marketing website and lead the evolution of our design system and component library.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and evolve our scalable design system supporting the web experience.
- Lead design of the public-facing marketing website, aligning solutions with brand vision and business goals.
- Conduct user research and testing to iterate and optimize designs for performance and key metrics.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Promote design thinking and critical problem-solving to improve cross-team collaboration and workflow efficiency.
- Lead design workshops and collaborative reviews with team members and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior designers by providing feedback and guidance.
What you’ll need
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong visual design skills.
- Proven experience in UI design for SaaS websites and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong attention to detail; able to work independently or as part of a team.
