Schedule
- Remote (US-based candidates only)
- 24/7/365 support environment with multiple shift options (days, nights, evenings)
- Most schedules require working at least one weekend day; some holidays required
- First 60 days: Monday–Friday day shift training in Eastern Time (EST) with 100% attendance expected
- Start date: April 2026
- Cameras on during internal and external meetings
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, chat, and online customer portal
- Support end users with account management, education, and on-call schedule management
- Assist with mobile and web app usage, configuration, builds, and revisions
- Troubleshoot message delivery/content issues, identify root causes, and apply configuration fixes
- Configure and deploy custom applications using best practices to match workflow needs
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Integration, and Technical teams on escalated issues
- Work with hospital IT teams to troubleshoot mobile and web connectivity problems
What You Need
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High customer empathy and a service-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable high-speed internet access
- Willingness to work evenings/overnights and/or weekends (most schedules include a weekend day)
- Ability to meet attendance expectations during the first 60 days of training and nesting
