- Full-time, remote

- Salary range: $85,000–$125,000 per year
- Bonus eligibility: annual incentive based on individual and company performance
- Nighttime support may be required for production incidents
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, test, implement, maintain, and support multiple administration systems and processes
- Research and evaluate information needed to develop and maintain large, complex systems and support processes
- Construct, modify, and test large-scale system changes and enhancements
- Diagnose complex production issues and implement quality fixes quickly to reduce business impact
- Create thorough technical documentation for all programming changes and enhancements
- Partner with business users to understand needs, communicate impact, and recommend solutions
- Proactively suggest process improvements and support high-quality customer outcomes
- Manage technical tasks within large projects to ensure delivery aligns with project plans
- Lead by example, provide feedback to peers, and support skill development across the team
What You Need
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Extensive experience with COBOL, VSAM, Oracle, Unix, XML, Java, and web services development (preferred)
- Experience with LIDP’s The Administrator (ADMI) and/or Titanium systems (ideal)
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, production support, and documentation skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes end to end
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Familiarity with annuity and VUL products, including accounting/claims/finance concepts (preferred)
- AI experience in a development environment (ideal)
