This is a senior leadership role for someone who can walk into enterprise rooms, speak data strategy with executives, and still get hands-on with architecture when the problem is messy. You’ll drive thought leadership, shape transformation roadmaps, support pre-sales, and raise the bar inside the Data & Insights practice.

What You’ll Do
- Provide thought leadership and advisory support to data leaders across strategic client organizations
- Host brown bags and educational forums to share best practices and new thinking with clients
- Conduct proactive platform, organization, and practice reviews and deliver improvement recommendations and roadmaps
- Lead data and insights transformation agendas across technology, organization, and process
- Help recruit key talent into critical client technology roles
- Create detailed technology solutions for first-of-a-kind and complex initiatives
- Present Tiger Analytics capabilities to new prospects and support new business development
- Build solutions and proposals aligned to client requirements
- Mentor engineering talent at multiple levels and manage architect resources
- Create go-to-market thought leadership content, including reference architectures, methods, and practices
- Participate in interviewing and evolving hiring practices
- Coordinate with offshore teams on solutions, training, and capability development
What You Need
- Strong solution architecture experience for large enterprises and transformation programs
- Deep knowledge of traditional and modern data platforms (NoSQL, MPP, columnar, big data, cloud data platforms)
- Experience with cloud data platform services across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- 5+ years of consulting leadership experience
- Experience with batch ETL, real-time streaming, and IoT architectures
- Knowledge of big data, data fabric, and data mesh architectures
- Experience with federated and centralized data management, governance, and industry-leading data management platforms
- Strong understanding of data governance, data catalogs, and data security practices
- MLOps process and platform experience, including organizational implications
- Familiarity with ML models and the modeling lifecycle
- Data warehousing and BI lifecycle experience
- Knowledge graphs and graph technology exposure
