What You’ll Do

  • Lead acute care integration planning for hospital infrastructure and clinical technology platforms, aligned to Lifepoint standards
  • Execute the technology roadmap for the Acute Care service line and partner across the business to deliver enterprise roadmap outcomes
  • Enable medical data migration (patient records, billing data, etc.) into Lifepoint systems with a focus on interoperability, integrity, and HIPAA compliance
  • Lead technology integration projects end to end, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budget targets
  • Communicate complex cross-department information clearly and influence outcomes with negotiation and diplomacy
  • Identify broad, abstract organization-wide problems and create solutions using creativity and strong stakeholder management
  • Maintain safe handling of sensitive and confidential information in healthcare environments

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of management experience in a multi-facility healthcare operation (preferred)
  • Strong project management skills (required)
  • Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory needs (HIPAA)
  • Ability to support interoperability and data migration across clinical and billing systems
  • Advanced technical capability working with complex systems, databases, operating systems, and enterprise software environments
  • Strong organizational communication skills: presenting to diverse audiences, motivating, persuading, and aligning stakeholders
  • Comfort making high-impact decisions tied to division operations and enterprise strategy

Preferred

  • Certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, CISSP, PMP, and/or other infrastructure certifications
