What You’ll Do
- Support Technician II with desktop and operational support for sites and remote offices
- Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and PC peripherals
- Install and support multiple PC operating systems
- Diagnose issues, resolve them, and follow up with users as needed
- Use remote desktop tools to support remote office and home office users
- Document resolutions and updates in the ticketing system and knowledge base resources
- Help troubleshoot workstation-level issues tied to network and telecom environments
- Support project managers with technical transitions into production support
- Assist with workstation image management and imaging tasks using deployment tools
- Work assigned tasks across email, chat, ticketing, and applicable support queues
- Identify support environment issues that need attention and flag them to management
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience (role notes 0–1 years work-related experience as minimum)
- Ability to learn routine tasks quickly and follow prescribed guidelines
- Clear communication skills for internal and external contacts
- Comfort working in a structured, process-driven support environment
