Schedule

  • Temporary, full-time role
  • U.S.-based only
  • Fully remote, no travel required

  • Pay: $20/hour (no benefits)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and guide clients through ACA reporting solutions
  • Deliver training and knowledge to empower customers
  • Document issues and share insights for product improvement
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure complete client resolution

What You Need

  • Experience in customer or technical support (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS and cloud platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Comfort with ticketing/CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
  • Organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple cases
