What You’ll Do
- Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and guide clients through ACA reporting solutions
- Deliver training and knowledge to empower customers
- Document issues and share insights for product improvement
- Collaborate across teams to ensure complete client resolution
What You Need
- Experience in customer or technical support (SaaS preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Comfort with ticketing/CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
- Organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple cases
