Schedule

  • Remote role, based in Mexico

Responsibilities

  • Provide multichannel product support to customers, consultants, and partners via portal, email, chat, and phone
  • Use tools such as Zendesk, Jira, and SendGrid to manage cases, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce technical issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions
  • Triage reported problems, assign severity levels, and manage updates in the ticketing system
  • Create Knowledge Base articles to expand self-help tools for customers and internal teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise software in support, QA, development, or services roles
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with Zendesk, Jira, SendGrid, or similar multichannel support tools (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Highly dependable, self-motivated, and professional
