- Hardwired internet required (no Wi-Fi)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls to troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide support for iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, and PCs
- Communicate clearly and adjust tone to match customer needs
- Collaborate with teammates and share knowledge
What You Need
- Experience in customer service (call center preferred, but not required)
- Basic understanding of mobile and computer operating systems
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and open to coaching
- Comfortable using multiple software tools at once
