This role is for a technical PM who can run complex deliveries end-to-end while keeping security and compliance non-negotiable. You’ll bridge clients and engineering, manage schedules and dependencies, and make sure releases ship clean through CAB, UAT, and secure SDLC guardrails.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Technical Client Relationship Director to translate business needs into project plans and delivery schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, communicating timelines, dependencies, and technical impacts to all audiences
- Represent project interests during Change Advisory Board reviews to support release approvals
- Lead the full delivery lifecycle from intake and design through deployment and post-release validation
- Consolidate estimates from technical leads, build schedules, sequence work, and manage dependencies across QA, Dev, and DevOps
- Ensure teams use reusable frameworks and templates to maintain delivery consistency and velocity
- Facilitate sprint planning and stand-ups and enforce adherence to hybrid Agile/SDLC processes
- Translate requirements into technical tasks, sprint goals, and measurable milestones
- Maintain real-time visibility into project health, velocity, and interdependencies to improve predictability
- Identify risks early through feasibility assessments and technical risk evaluations during scoping
- Oversee UAT readiness and run defect triage to support production-quality releases
- Coordinate cross-functional resolution of blockers and project-level issues
- Ensure delivery plans align with HIPAA, SOC 2, and secure SDLC practices, protecting PHI/PII
- Audit project artifacts and documentation for release and compliance readiness
- Coordinate Developers, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure to meet performance and scalability standards
- Lead post-deployment reviews and Root Cause Analysis for production issues
- Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities to shorten delivery cycles
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software development, system integration, or related technical fields
- 5+ years in technical delivery leadership or project management
- Strong SDLC and Agile methodology knowledge
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record delivering secure, scalable, high-quality software in regulated environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server (2016/2019+), REST APIs
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub)
- Healthcare, BPO, or other regulated industry experience (preferred)
- Understanding of Capex vs Opex project classification and development hour tracking (preferred)
