- Compensation range: $100,900 – $180,300 annually (base pay varies by location and experience)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Define and maintain the Salesforce platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture
⦁ Establish governance frameworks for platform usage, customization, and data integrity
⦁ Serve as the key decision-maker for platform design, escalations, and solution direction
⦁ Oversee configuration, customization, integrations, and lifecycle management across the Salesforce ecosystem
⦁ Manage upgrades, patches, and release cycles in coordination with Salesforce and internal teams
⦁ Monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability, and implement proactive fixes
⦁ Set code and data backup procedures and support BC/DR planning and execution
⦁ Ensure compliance with SOX, data privacy, and security policies (including SOC 2 efforts and expansion)
⦁ Partner with security and data governance teams on access controls and audit readiness
⦁ Manage Salesforce and third-party vendors, contracts, SLAs, and deliverables
⦁ Lead and mentor architects, developers, and admins on best practices and standards
⦁ Run capability mapping and technical demos for internal and external stakeholders
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
⦁ 7+ years managing Salesforce platforms in enterprise environments
⦁ Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud)
⦁ Strong experience with governance, integration, and platform lifecycle management
⦁ Technical strength in Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and data modeling
⦁ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
