What You’ll Do
- Translate complex technical concepts into content rich with information and visual storytelling, including board decks, sales presentations, infographics, newsletters, emails, and videos
- Build creative communication strategies (audience analysis, cadence, channels, methods) that support transformation goals and drive adoption
- Measure and report the effectiveness of technical campaign initiatives
- Ensure policy updates and company announcements are communicated clearly, consistently, and on time
- Develop integrated campaigns for internal and external customer segments tied to digital transformation efforts
- Improve technical content across key Transformation division activities
- Partner with executive leadership to gather inputs and produce compelling, executive-level work products
- Help increase adoption of new technical content tools and resources
- Clarify technical direction and business communications to strengthen understanding of the vision and roadmap
What You Need
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, journalism, English, business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in technical storytelling, content creation, or writing
- 2+ years creating executive-level materials in partnership with leadership
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, meaningful messaging for both internal and external audiences
- Strong communication and planning skills with knowledge of comms best practices and tools
- Comfort working with executives, clients, and technical subject matter experts
- Experience with change management, public relations, or digital transformation initiatives (highly desirable)
- Portfolio of work available for review
- Ability to work cooperatively and support compliance program objectives

Pay Range: $69,627 – $83,888/yr (plus 5% at-risk bonus eligibility).
