- 100% remote (eligible states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
- Non-exempt, full-time
- Shift: Thursday–Monday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM PDT
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware issues (heavy Android application support).
- Walk customers through step-by-step fixes via phone, email, or chat until resolved.
- Research solutions using internal tools; update knowledge base articles in Salesforce.
- Document cases thoroughly, track to resolution within agreed SLAs, and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
- Analyze malfunctions, test scenarios, and share workarounds and feature requests with the team.
- Maintain courteous, professional relationships and capture actionable customer feedback.
What You Need
- Experience in Technical Support / Desktop Support / IT Help Desk or similar.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
- Proven troubleshooting skills; ability to give clear, step-by-step guidance (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with remote support tools and help desk software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and pressure management; flexible with shift hours.
