Schedule
- Full-time, remote (USA)
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
- On-call support rotation, including evenings/weekends as needed
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain enterprise systems infrastructure across data centers and cloud environments
- Manage daily operations of core compute, storage, and virtual environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; perform root-cause analysis
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to support rapid growth
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability
- Maintain detailed documentation and architecture standards
- Support maintenance windows, deployments, and change-control processes
- Lead full-lifecycle IT projects from scoping to handoff
What You Need
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT environments
- 2+ years in systems administration (Windows & Linux)
- Strong experience with Active Directory/Entra ID
- Hands-on work with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
- Cloud experience with AWS & Azure
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Experience supporting 24×7 environments and production systems
- Ability to diagnose networking/server issues and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of HIPAA or other security/compliance environments
