- Executive-level cross-functional partnership with Product, Data, Operations, and GTM
- High-ownership role with regular executive and board-facing responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the long-term technology strategy aligned to company objectives
- Scale and mentor a high-performing org across backend, frontend, mobile, data, and infra
- Establish operational rigor (roadmaps, OKRs, quality gates, velocity, and QA practices)
- Oversee architecture for scalability, reliability, security, and compliance (HIPAA/HITRUST)
- Partner with Product/Data on platform capabilities for analytics, AI/ML, and workflow automation
- Drive best practices for cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Translate engineering tradeoffs for executive and customer stakeholders; support GTM needs
What You Need
- 15+ years in engineering leadership; 7+ years at VP/SVP-equivalent in SaaS, data platforms, or healthtech
- Track record scaling teams while sustaining speed, quality, and reliability
- Depth in modern cloud architectures, distributed systems, data platforms, mobile (iOS/Android), and security
- Experience shipping enterprise-grade, regulated products (HIPAA/HITRUST)
- Hands-on partnership with data science/AI/ML to deliver production outcomes
- Elite people leadership: attract, develop, and retain top talent; succession planning
- Clear, concise executive communication that maps tech to business value
- Mission focus and empathy for patients, payers, and provider workflows
