What You’ll Do
- Provide end-user support for PatientNow EMR/PM/CRM software applications
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues (scanners, cameras, credit card equipment, etc.)
- Record and track cases in the CRM ticketing system with accuracy
- Escalate priority issues as needed and follow up on cases until resolved
- Offer alternative solutions while ensuring positive client experiences
- Stay up to date on PatientNow software and industry developments
What You Need
- Prior software support experience (EMR/Practice Management software preferred)
- Technical acumen with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in CRM, ticketing, and remote access tools (e.g., LogMeIn Remote)
- Strong verbal and written communication with proper phone etiquette
- Effective listening, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
