Schedule

  • Full-time remote role (US only)
  • One evening shift and one weekend shift required each week

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients using Oracle Simphony 1 or 2, addressing hardware, software, and networking questions
  • Fulfill hardware orders, configure devices, and manage Salesforce CRM tickets
  • Perform POS data entry, hardware swaps, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with inventory tracking, including RMAs

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of call center support experience with Oracle Simphony 1 or 2
  • 1+ year in technical customer service
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • General computer knowledge, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
