Schedule
- Remote role, based in Mexico
- Full-time with global team collaboration

What You’ll Do
- Provide second-line technical support to customers, partners, and consultants via portal, email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and reproduce issues to determine resolutions
- Triage reported problems, assign severity levels, and drive solutions
- Document progress and resolutions in the ticket tracking system
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles to improve self-help resources
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, QA, or enterprise software development
- Strong SQL query writing skills
- Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE applications
- Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere)
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server preferred)
- Understanding of Windows and/or Unix operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance tuning of applications or databases
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects
- Experience working with Business Objects or similar BI technologies
