What You’ll Do

  • Partner with product engineering, client experience, and AI engineering teams to troubleshoot issues across multiple SaaS products
  • Meet virtually with customers and internal stakeholders to diagnose problems and gather context
  • Reproduce, debug, and identify root causes for issues in production and development environments
  • Write clear, detailed technical specs for product engineers to implement fixes and improvements
  • Create performant scripts and database queries (e.g., MySQL or similar) to resolve issues and answer stakeholder requests
  • Investigate and debug complex API integrations and web app behavior using tools like Chrome DevTools
  • Help prioritize issues based on impact and urgency, keeping teams focused on what matters most

What You Need

  • 3+ years as a Support Engineer or Software Developer with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of MySQL or another relational database (Postgres, MSSQL, etc.)
  • Ability to read and write code in at least one modern programming language
  • Comfort using browser dev tools to trace and debug web app issues
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and debugging API integrations
  • Strong communication skills, including with senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple issues without dropping the ball

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with PHP, Python, or modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, etc.)
  • Background in customer support or directly handling customer issues
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch)
  • Prior healthcare or B2B SaaS experience
  • Startup experience and comfort in a fast-moving environment
