What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with engineering, client experience, and AI teams to troubleshoot issues across multiple products
  • Meet virtually with customers and internal stakeholders to diagnose and clarify technical problems
  • Reproduce, debug, and determine root causes in both production and development environments
  • Write detailed technical specs for engineers to resolve issues efficiently
  • Develop scripts and database queries to address problems and fulfill stakeholder requests
  • Work across product teams to ensure smooth, timely resolutions

What You Need

  • 3+ years as a Support Engineer or Software Developer with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases (Postgres, MSSQL, etc.)
  • Ability to read and write code in at least one modern programming language
  • Comfort using Chrome DevTools (or similar) to debug web apps
  • Experience diagnosing complex API integration issues
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including with senior leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience with PHP, Python, or modern JS frameworks (Vue, React)
  • Customer support or direct customer interaction experience
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch)
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Startup or B2B SaaS background
