What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product engineering, client experience, and AI teams to identify and resolve issues
- Meet virtually with customers and stakeholders to diagnose technical challenges
- Write detailed specifications for engineers to reproduce and resolve bugs
- Use technical skills to run scripts and database queries for troubleshooting
- Debug API integrations and web applications with tools like Chrome DevTools
What You Need
- 3+ years as a Support Engineer or Software Developer with customer-facing experience
- Working knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases (Postgres, MSSQL, etc.)
- Ability to read and write code in at least one modern programming language
- Experience debugging complex API integrations and web apps
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally and with senior leadership
Preferred Skills
- Background in PHP, Python, or modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React)
- Experience in customer support or healthcare technology
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch)
- Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Compensation
- $90,000 – $125,000 annually, plus potential equity for high performance
