Remote (United States)
Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with the 9:30am–5:30pm ET workday
Compensation: $200,000–$245,000 USD (equity eligible; total package varies by experience and location)

What You’ll Do

  • Research and deeply understand the motivations and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
  • Set direction through clear strategy, then carry the work through detailed execution and launch
  • Balance speed and quality, delivering impact through optimizations and 0-to-1 product work
  • Lead with strong craft, experimentation, data-informed decision-making, and systems thinking
  • Improve component systems to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across the platform

What You Need

  • 8+ years of experience using research methods to influence product direction and detailed experience design
  • 4+ years of relevant domain experience in areas like ticketing/event management, digital CRM/ecommerce platforms, or healthcare tools
  • Exceptional design craft and attention to detail, including pixel-perfect execution
  • Ability to troubleshoot and unblock challenges tied to live experiences
  • Comfort operating with a “pioneer mindset” in ambiguous environments
  • Genuine passion for live experiences
