What You’ll Do
- Build new AI-enabled products and iterate on existing tools
- Work across the full stack, from database design to deploying HIPAA-compliant infrastructure
- Develop backend services in Node.js and frontend components in React
- Design and maintain integrations with insurance carriers and practice management systems
- Collaborate directly with billers and clients to solve real workflow challenges
- Tackle ambiguous engineering problems and help shape team culture and best practices
What You Need
- 5 or more years of software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in one or more modern languages (Typescript, Javascript, Python, C#)
- Experience designing and scaling Postgres or similar databases
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure in AWS or GCP
- A strong product mindset and empathy for end users
- High ownership, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Low ego and a willingness to learn, grow, and improve
