What You’ll Do
⦁ Own projects from inception to deployment, with full technical accountability
⦁ Produce and document High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD)
⦁ Build and maintain scalable backend services using C#/.NET
⦁ Design and implement gRPC and REST APIs for distributed systems
⦁ Integrate services with Kafka-driven data pipelines and SQL-based data stores
⦁ Work deeply with PostgreSQL and other RDBMS systems (design + performance)
⦁ Own the full application lifecycle: build, test, deploy (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and monitor production
⦁ Drive quality standards (e.g., SonarQube) and contribute to infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform)
⦁ Mentor peers and champion best practices for testing, observability, maintainability, and system design
⦁ Explore and drive adoption of new technologies and AI-assisted tooling to increase engineering velocity
What You Need
⦁ 7+ years of professional software development experience with meaningful technical ownership
⦁ Extensive hands-on experience building scalable backend services in C#/.NET
⦁ Expert SQL skills and RDBMS experience (PostgreSQL or SQL Server)
⦁ Proven experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka
⦁ Proven ability to deliver systems end-to-end across service and UI layers
⦁ Strong technical communication skills (drive consensus + document complex solutions)
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field (or equivalent experience)
