Quick gut-check, because I’m not here to let you waste time: this one is a real Staff-level backend gig. If you don’t have 8+ years of backend and serious distributed systems architecture on your resume, it’s a long shot and it’s going to burn application energy you could spend on roles that match your lane.
If you want, tell me your actual tech background in one sentence (years, languages, cloud, “biggest system” you’ve owned). I’ll tell you straight whether this is worth applying to, and if yes, which 5 resume bullets you need to emphasize to match their exact ask.
Happy Hunting,
