What You’ll Do
- Own and scale backend services for card payments, spend, rewards, and virtual card experiences.
- Architect resilient, data-intensive .NET APIs and queues that support high-volume transactions and loss-mitigation automations.
- Drive platform reliability and velocity through strong code reviews, testing, and mentorship—raising the bar for engineering excellence.
What You Need
- 7+ years building .NET (C#) web APIs with distributed/queue-based architectures and robust state-machine logic.
- Proven experience scaling consumer fintech or similarly high-throughput systems; comfortable balancing near-term delivery with long-term design.
- Clear communicator and mentor who partners tightly with Product, Risk, and Ops; leverages AI dev tools to boost quality and speed.
