What You’ll Do
- Build computer vision models to extract structure from unstructured, information-dense 3D scans
- Research state-of-the-art methods for 3D generative AI and conventional computer vision tasks
- Partner with product and research teams to identify improvements to current products and enable upcoming product lines
- Work with massive datasets to develop general models and fine-tune models for specific applications
- Develop evaluation methods to establish confidence in datasets and model performance
- Implement best practices for MLOps pipelines
- Work on a feature-focused team and deliver value quickly to Dandy’s customers
- Help lay the foundation for a newly created ML and computer vision team by establishing best practices and solving new, industry-impacting problems
What You Need
- 10+ years of machine learning experience post Master’s degree, or 8+ years post PhD
- Extensive Python experience
- Extensive experience with state-of-the-art 2D deep learning and/or experience with 3D deep learning
- Experience with 3D geometric computer vision
- Experience with PyTorch
- Master’s or PhD in a related field
- Immaculate attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent code and results
- Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time working hours
