What You’ll Do
- Lead design, development, and implementation of Angular-based web applications and digital solutions
- Drive modern front-end best practices (component-driven development, state management, modular architecture)
- Optimize performance through code reviews, profiling, and continuous refactoring
- Participate in feature refinement with stakeholders to clarify needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions
- Build and maintain automated testing strategies (unit + end-to-end) and support regression testing
- Expand and create automated testing frameworks (BDD, Selenium preferred)
- Champion CI/CD adoption for frontend apps by automating build, test, and deployment workflows
- Mentor junior engineers, run code reviews, and contribute to architecture/design discussions with senior partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI, backend, product, and engineering leadership to deliver high-quality releases
What You Need
- 7+ years of software development experience (enterprise/web applications)
- 5+ years with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- 5+ years with Angular ecosystem and related tools (Angular 17+ noted), plus HTML5/CSS3/Sass/Less and modern frameworks/libraries
- 2+ years of NgRx state management experience
- Proven experience as a technical lead delivering Angular UI solutions in a modern frontend stack
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
