What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the center of excellence for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices
  • Architect and evolve secure, scalable, and self-healing AWS platforms
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud tooling, and developer enablement systems
  • Lead resilience engineering, incident readiness, and observability culture across teams
  • Mentor engineers in cloud architecture, infra-as-code, and performance optimization
  • Influence technical vision, shaping how AI integrates into development processes

What You Need

  • 7+ years in software engineering, with strong cloud-native and infrastructure automation experience
  • 2+ years contributing to product features, not just infra tools
  • Deep AWS expertise and Infrastructure-as-Code skills (Terraform, CDK, etc.)
  • Proven track record building secure, cost-efficient, and observable platforms
  • Experience scaling CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and monitoring systems
  • Strong grasp of platform security, IAM, and threat modeling
