What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of custom web projects, from scope and discovery through launch
- Coordinate project resources and timelines while balancing budgets, client goals, and creative vision
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met
- Drive client meetings with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Define project scope, gather client content, and proactively prevent delays
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and documentation
- Oversee QA testing to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
- Inspire and motivate teams with strong leadership, communication, and results orientation
What You Need
- 5+ years of project management experience in web design and development
- Proven leadership experience managing client relationships and calls
- Proficiency with WordPress and project management tools such as Jira
- Prior experience in a digital agency or consulting firm
- Strong technical writing skills for documentation
- At least 1 year of fully remote project management experience
- Ability to manage complex projects with confidence, adaptability, and collaboration
