This is a senior infrastructure role for someone who can keep cloud and enterprise environments stable, secure, and humming. You’ll support AWS and Azure (plus Oracle OCI), handle secrets management, own reliability and change control, and mentor others while making sure uptime and SLAs don’t get cute.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary technical resource supporting Oracle OCI framework plus AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including cloud applications and secrets management
- Mentor teammates through technical challenges and help level up team capability
- Build and run maintenance routines and system audits to ensure system integrity and reliability
- Provide responsive technical assistance and document configurations and support processes
- Partner with Infrastructure, Application Services, Data Services, DBAs, and business units to optimize operations and uptime while meeting SLAs
- Develop and support change control and testing processes to reduce deployment risk
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements (stability, scalability, efficiency)
- Participate in capacity planning and long-range systems strategy with end users, vendors, and leadership
- Establish and maintain processes tied to onboarding, managing, and offboarding enterprise applications installed on servers (Citrix and non-Citrix), including desktop master images
- Work with infrastructure teammates, Service Desk, and business partners to operationalize and automate processes where possible
- Manage and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and enterprise application management in a heavily virtualized environment
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align day-to-day work with long-term infrastructure direction
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, including cloud apps and secrets management
- 7+ years of hardware/software installation and support experience
- Experience with: Microsoft/Azure Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Windows Server/OS administration
- Working knowledge of macOS
- Strong conceptual understanding of information technologies and methodologies
- Expert-level knowledge in 3+ of the following (as applicable): VMware, infrastructure monitoring, enterprise compute, enterprise storage, AWS, Azure, OCI, O365, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Service
- Citrix certifications (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate respectfully and support compliance objectives

Pay Range: $98,384 – $122,980/yr (plus 5% at-risk bonus eligibility).
