What You’ll Do
- Deliver full lifecycle application development from design through production support
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Work within project plans, contribute to story shaping, and provide input on bugs and requirements
- Debug issues and implement practical solutions
- Integrate software components into a complete, functional system
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies where they add value
- Maintain standards compliance and improve code quality through refactoring and design patterns
- Stay current through ongoing learning and professional development
What You Need
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL; PostgreSQL a plus)
- Solid database design fundamentals (normalization, indexing, foreign keys)
- Experience tuning SQL queries for performance
- Mastery of object-oriented programming in C#
- Strong understanding of ORM patterns (Entity Framework Core a plus)
- Expertise in a front-end JavaScript framework (Vue.js preferred; React acceptable)
- Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Test Driven Development experience
- Strong debugging skills, including production-level troubleshooting
- Experience deploying containerized applications in a cloud environment
- Knowledge of design patterns and strong refactoring ability
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
