- Salary range: $84,000–$128,000 per year
- Bonus eligibility: annual incentive based on individual and company performance
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the sprint backlog, including intake, elaboration, and prioritization of work
- Build and maintain the product backlog and translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories
- Define acceptance criteria, groom the backlog with the planning manager and Agile team, and ensure stories are ready for sprint planning
- Guide priorities as they shift and ensure work aligns to the product vision, MVP, and business value
- Drive completion of multiple features (3+) per quarter and maximize sprint value delivery
- Collaborate daily with Agile teams to meet sprint goals and remove ambiguity around requirements
- Review completed work to confirm acceptance criteria is met and accept/reject iteration results
- Serve as point of contact for testing needs, including SIT coordination and UAT support
- Lead or facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and sprint reviews across teams
- Support PI planning and quarterly planning activities, including feature tracking and stakeholder alignment
- Champion Agile adoption and maturity, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to business partners and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across business units, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage expectations on scope, schedule, and constraints
- Mentor junior team members and help train new resources
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in project management or IT support roles in customer-facing environments with complex relationship management
- 3+ years working with integrated project teams using varied delivery methodologies
- 3+ years experience using ITIL framework for IT service management
- Strong SDLC understanding with Agile experience highly preferred
- Strong requirements analysis and IT process knowledge
- Ability to prioritize demand, manage ambiguity, and drive decisions with good escalation judgement
- Strong communication, negotiation, conflict mitigation, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Microsoft Dynamics and CRM experience (highly preferred)
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSPO, CSM (or comparable industry certifications)
