What You’ll Do

⦁ Lead discovery sessions to identify customer requirements, success metrics, and workflow gaps
⦁ Partner closely with Account Executives to align solutions to customer pain points and priorities
⦁ Deliver tailored demos, technical discussions, and success stories tied to value metrics that matter to the buyer
⦁ Design deployment strategies that integrate with existing workflows and drive real operational impact
⦁ Build Statements of Work (SOWs) and Proof of Concept (POC) plans to support smooth implementations
⦁ Articulate competitive differentiators and position the platform’s advantages clearly
⦁ Guide stakeholders through final sign-off, securing buy-in and commitment
⦁ Contribute to solution playbooks, best practices, and internal training as the team scales

What You Need

⦁ 2–5 years of sales engineering or technology sales experience with strong discovery and demo experience
⦁ Ability to align hardware, software, AI, and integrations into solutions that map directly to customer pain points
⦁ Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person demos, with comfort influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
⦁ Experience supporting deal execution with AEs, including SOWs, POCs, and RFP/RFI responses
⦁ Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and designing scalable deployment strategies
⦁ Bonus: experience with real-time video, physical security, VMS systems, crime mapping, or mapping tools
⦁ Bonus: law enforcement, public sector, public safety, security, or commercial loss prevention experience
