This is a senior build-and-lead role for someone who can design cloud-native systems that actually hold up under real-world scale, security, and compliance pressure. You’ll own the BPaaS architecture blueprint, lead integrations through tools like MuleSoft/Informatica/Edifecs, and partner with DevOps and InfoSec to deliver secure, automated, high-availability solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Define and maintain the BPaaS architecture blueprint with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
- Design and implement integration patterns using middleware gateways (Edifecs, Informatica, MuleSoft)
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed solution designs
- Lead cloud adoption and optimization across Azure, AWS, or GCP for hosting, integration, and data services
- Partner with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployments
- Build high availability, disaster recovery, and capacity planning strategies
- Oversee configuration and performance optimization of integration gateways and API management
- Set governance standards for APIs, data exchange, and message transformation
- Guide enterprise network architecture (routing, VPN, firewall, load balancers, connectivity)
- Embed compliance and security best practices for HIPAA, SOC2, and similar frameworks (IAM, encryption, monitoring, audit logging)
- Present architectural recommendations to leadership and clients, and mentor technical teams
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or 10–15 years equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in IT architecture/solution design, including 3+ years in cloud and BPaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with middleware/integration tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Edifecs)
- Strong DevOps background including CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Proven network architecture experience (VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, enterprise connectivity)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
