What You’ll Do

  • Lead implementations from sales close through launch and full adoption
  • Project manage system setup, training, and rollout milestones
  • Train customers via phone, email, and Zoom (on-camera), plus occasional onsite visits
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate high-risk items that could impact retention
  • Spot churn risks early and put mitigation plans in motion
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records and implementation progress tracking
  • Use CRM project tools to manage milestones and internal communication
  • Generate reports and insights from customer data to improve outcomes
  • Advocate for customer needs with product, engineering, support, and success teams

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 2+ years customer-facing experience
  • 1+ year implementing SaaS software (or similar web-based implementations)
  • Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills
  • Comfort using project management tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
