Schedule
Full-time, remote. Travel up to 25% (based on customer demand).
What You’ll Do
- Lead implementations from sales close through launch and full adoption
- Project manage system setup, training, and rollout milestones
- Train customers via phone, email, and Zoom (on-camera), plus occasional onsite visits
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate high-risk items that could impact retention
- Spot churn risks early and put mitigation plans in motion
- Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records and implementation progress tracking
- Use CRM project tools to manage milestones and internal communication
- Generate reports and insights from customer data to improve outcomes
- Advocate for customer needs with product, engineering, support, and success teams
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 2+ years customer-facing experience
- 1+ year implementing SaaS software (or similar web-based implementations)
- Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills
- Comfort using project management tools
- Ability to travel up to 25%
