You’ll help launch and expand One Inc’s Digital Payments SaaS platform for insurance customers, working alongside a Project Manager and cross-functional teams.

⦁ Full-time, exempt, remote (U.S.)
⦁ Travel up to 25% to customer and other U.S. locations
⦁ Works in parallel with an Implementation Project Manager
⦁ Cross-functional collaboration with Development, QA, Product, Payment Ops, Success, and Support
What You’ll Do
⦁ Configure payment platform features to meet client requirements
⦁ Communicate API contract information and help customers understand API structure
⦁ Produce key implementation artifacts as needed, including:
⦁ Functional Requirements
⦁ Use Cases
⦁ Process Flows
⦁ Integration Diagrams
⦁ Lead discovery by running customer interviews (in-person and web conferencing) to extract requirements
⦁ Document requirements, nuances, and the final solution to be implemented
⦁ Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders
⦁ Reconcile conflicting inputs, break down high-level requests into details, and separate “wants” from true needs
⦁ Manage multiple initiatives at once while staying organized and execution-focused
⦁ Partner with stakeholders to define concepts, review specs, gather feedback, and secure approvals
⦁ Work in tandem with the Project Manager to coordinate deliverables and provide updates
⦁ Collaborate with Developers and QA to coordinate technical requirements and design
⦁ Perform high-level testing to confirm the solution meets requirements
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
⦁ 4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment
⦁ Customer-facing experience (required)
⦁ Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
⦁ Experience with third-party integrations and REST APIs
⦁ Experience building UI mockups and wireframes
⦁ Excellent written/verbal communication with the ability to work with executives and technical teams
⦁ Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to negotiate toward real customer needs
⦁ Ability to learn new systems quickly and stay effective in a fast-moving environment
