This is a leadership role for someone who can build a software org from zero and get it shipping with discipline. You’ll stand up the Software Development and QA teams, set Agile standards, and drive predictable delivery using Jira and Confluence. If you’re the type who can coach, hire, unblock, and still speak “engineering” fluently, this is your lane.
