What You’ll Do

  • Operate and evolve a modern, containerized, service-oriented architecture using strong engineering practices
  • Ship code to production multiple times per day
  • Solve performance and scaling challenges tied to real-time ticketing data, integrations, and event matching
  • Build high-quality integrations across systems to improve fan and internal stakeholder experiences
  • Evaluate new technologies and continuously improve the software stack
  • Use AI tooling to accelerate delivery while maintaining SeatGeek’s technical and product standards
  • Collaborate across disciplines to build and refine industry-leading product experiences

What You Need

  • Experience building business-critical software in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort tackling complex technical challenges
  • High standards for software craftsmanship, maintainability, and product quality
  • Product mindset that considers user experience, business impact, and outcomes beyond the code
  • Collaborative approach, including mentoring, learning, and working well with diverse teams
