If you’re a full stack .NET engineer who can own production-grade work end to end, tune data-heavy systems, and thrive in an Agile team that actually expects you to lead, this is a strong remote role. You’ll be building and supporting SaaS healthcare applications where performance, reliability, and clean architecture are not “nice to have,” they are the job.
