- Base compensation: $110,000–$140,000 + bonus; robust benefits
What You’ll Do
- Ship features for React Native (iOS/Android) apps used by 50K+ active members
- Build accessible React web apps for patients, care teams, and internal tools
- Implement real-time experiences (messaging, notifications, live updates) with offline support
- Improve AI-powered support systems (response tuning, observability, conversation flows)
- Contribute to platform work: Node.js APIs, performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD
- Own features end-to-end—from design to deployment—while documenting clearly and reviewing code
What You Need
- 3–5 years building production web or mobile apps
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with React or React Native (1+ years)
- Comfortable with RESTful APIs and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Solid testing habits (Jest or similar), Git workflows, and thoughtful debugging
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical partners; user empathy for accessible UX
